The SDR (Sales Development Representative) role is the beginning of the sales career progression program at familyzone.io. In this role, you will be on the front line, representing our brand to the market in an outbound modality leveraging modern sales technologies. It will introduce you to our sales process and methodology, industry language, tech stack, product positioning, persona types, goal planning and execution strategies that will prepare you for a more senior sales role once you’ve mastered the above. This role focuses on “top of funnel” and has a major impact on our bottom line.
