Mr Pawlowitsch is a renowned, successful and experienced ASX technology company director.
Mr Pawlowitsch specialises in technology businesses and the transition from startup to sustainability. He is currently the non-executive chairman of Novatti Group Ltd (ASX: NOV) and a non-executive director of Dubber Corporation Ltd (ASX: DUB), VRX Silica Ltd (ASX: VRX) and Knosys Ltd (ASX: KNO), and has previously been a director of a number of other ASX-listed companies. Mr Pawlowitsch holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a current member of CPA Australia, a Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia and also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Curtin University.
Mr. Levy is a successful telecommunications and technology entrepreneur. He is the founder of Vodafone’s largest Australian retail partner Mo’s Mobiles and was the former CEO/COO of listed Optus reseller B Digital Limited. Prior to working in commerce Mr. Levy was a management consultant at Andersen’s working in technology and change projects across Australia, South Africa, Zambia, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Levy is a graduate of the University of Western Australia and was a practising Chartered Accountant prior to his move into commerce.
Mr. Warren is a Chartered Accountant and executive director of West Perth based corporate advisory firm Grange Consulting. Mr. Warren has over 18 years of experience in finance and corporate roles in Australia and Europe. He has specialised in company valuations, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, debt financing, financial management, corporate governance and company secretarial services for a number of public and private companies.
Mr.Warren has established a number of ASX listed companies from initial unlisted shell seed raisings through to asset acquisitions leading to ASX listings and continues to act as corporate advisor to some of these companies. Mr.Warren is a non-executive director of Cassini Resources Limited and Rent.com.au Limited and also sits on a number of unlisted company boards in his capacity as finance director.
Mr Stepka is Managing Partner of Machina Ventures, an investment firm focused on early stage, artificial intelligence and data science enabled companies. He is also a Lecturer at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Until recently, Matthew was Vice President, Business Operations and Strategy at Google, where he led and incubated strategic initiatives, especially mission-driven projects with high social impact.
Prior to joining Google, Matthew held positions including:

● Chief Operating Officer of WorldRes (a leading online hotel reservation network)
● Management consultant with McKinsey & Company; and
● Systems consultant with Price Waterhouse.
Matthew holds a Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law. He has Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University. He served on the Board of World Affairs Council and is an inaugural Disruptor Foundation Fellow. Matthew is a

Georg was CEO of Smoothwall (acquired August 2021) since May 2018, growing the business through new product development, systems & process improvement and acquisitions. Prior to that Georg was at Tesla for four years, as Director for Western Europe, leading through the launches and growth of Model S and Model X, across 330 staff in 38 locations. Before Tesla, he was General Manager, EMEA for the enterprise social networking service Yammer, growing the EMEA team from 0 to 85 staff in 18 months, before the acquisition by Microsoft for $1.2bn. Georg originally started his career at Microsoft where he was the first quota-carrying salesperson for Microsoft’s enterprise Cloud business in Europe.
He is a Venture Partner and Senderwood Fellow with LocalGlobe, a Venture Partner with Craft Ventures, and an Advisory Board Member at AccelerateHer. He graduated from Cambridge University in 2003, and before starting his career he was a core crew member on a round-the-world yacht race, the Global Challenge in 2004-5.
Jane has over 30 years’ experience across banking and financial services in Australia, holding senior executive positions in Westpac, (including BT Financial Group), Macquarie and Lendlease. Throughout her career Jane has led large customer-facing businesses through a range of business cycles and in different market segments including Private Banking, Financial Advice, Wealth Management, Consumer Banking and Business Banking. Most recently Jane was the Chief Customer Engagement Officer for the Business Bank of Westpac, before she embarked on a non-executive director board career.
Jane has sat on a variety of internal company boards over many years as well as not-for-profit enterprises. She is currently on the Orygen Youth Mental Health Foundation as well as the Westpac Foundation. Jane was previously a non-executive director on the financial advisory and accounting boards of Findex and Lachlan Partners.
Jane has a Ph.D. in Organisational Psychology and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He is the founder and Managing Director of full-service aged-care telecommunications operator Living Networks and prior to working for the company, Mr. Trigger was a Director of Ultimation and CEO of Netlink Group.
Mr. Trigger is responsible for application development for Family Zone.
Mr. Robinson is an experienced technology consultant, and business operator based in Perth, Western Australia. He is the co-founder and owner of Permeance Technologies a specialist provider of information technology to enterprises and public educational providers in Australia. Mr. Robinson is responsible for information technology services and partner deployments.
Mr. Swan is an experienced sales executive and general manager working across a range of global enterprises. His expertise is in international business development, executive and IT & T sales. Mr. Swan’s former roles have included:
