In light of the global outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID 19) and the guidance and restrictions on travel and public gatherings, the Board of Family Zone Cyber Safety Limited (Family Zone or Company) has decided that special arrangements will apply to our upcoming Shareholder Meeting.
Notice is hereby given that the Shareholder Meeting will be held at 945 Wellington Street, West Perth on 30 June 2020 at 10am (WST) however
IN THE INTERESTS OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR SHAREHOLDERS, THE COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO ALLOW SHAREHOLDER TO PHYSICALLY ATTEND THE SHAREHOLDER MEETING. ALL RESOLUTIONS AT THE MEETING WILL BE VOTED ON BY POLL AND SHAREHOLDERS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO VOTE MAY VOTE EITHER PRIOR TO THE MEETING BY APPOINTING A PROXY OR BY POLL DURING THE MEETING (SUCH POLL TO BE TAKEN ELECTRONICALLY).
