  • All services have been fully restored and are working as normal

Outage Update

  • We have restored connectivity and filtering for Android and Chrome devices. Some clients may still be experiencing failure to filter in some circumstances.
  • IOS Devices are currently unfiltered.
  • Re-enabling Filtering for all devices continues to be our priority.

 

TUESDAY March 24th 10.30am (AEST)

School closures happening today in much of Australia and New Zealand have impacted multiple services across the region, including our telecommunications partners. As a result our systems are currently experiencing higher than usual volume  and some customers using Family Zone iOS, Android and Windows apps and clients may be experiencing issues with filtering, timeouts and general failures.

Our team is working hard with our telecommunication partners to rectify these problems.  We apologise for this disruption and will provide an update as soon as available.
