School closures happening today in much of Australia and New Zealand have impacted multiple services across the region, including our telecommunications partners. As a result our systems are currently experiencing higher than usual volume and some customers using Family Zone iOS, Android and Windows apps and clients may be experiencing issues with filtering, timeouts and general failures.
Our team is working hard with our telecommunication partners to rectify these problems. We apologise for this disruption and will provide an update as soon as available.
We have freshened up the interface of our School Manager software to ensure a more consistent look and feel, and improved user experience.
