"Our Students need to develop their understanding of how the rules of trust are managed, built, lost and repaired for these are changing rapidly.  They need to be cognisant of all that they post online.  The Heads of House spent time in the first term, reinforcing cyber safe messages. We have had cyber safety forums and we have installed Family Zone software on all the Years 7 - 10 laptops. (Family Zone is also, internationally acclaimed author, Rachel Botsman's cyber safety app of choice).  Unfortunately, despite this ongoing reinforcement from staff, our students continue to post inappropriate material on social media.  I despair about the long term repetitional damage that many of our students may be subject to through their inadvertent posts.  

Family Zone can assist with their on-device technology, Mobile Zone. Mobile Zone permits Moriah to enforce ‘acceptable use’ during school time and parents to manage settings outside of school hours.

If you are a parent of a student in Year 11 or 12 and would like Family Zone for your children, please sign up here via the "Sign Up" button.  You will receive a Family Pack, which will cover 3 children and 6 devices for the education price of $59PA
